How do I place an order?
Choose your delivery area, add items to your cart, then fill in your name, phone number and address at checkout. You do not need an account.
How can I pay?
Cash on Delivery, bank transfer, Paystack (card or transfer) or Flutterwave.
How do I track my order?
Save the reference shown after checkout (for example PLB-48219) and enter it on the account page, or send it to us on WhatsApp.
Can I order on WhatsApp instead?
Yes. Use “Order on WhatsApp” on any listing or “Checkout on WhatsApp” in the cart.
How do I start selling?
Open “Sell on PluBuy”, submit your business, ID and bank details. After admin verification your listings go live.
