Buy from verified shops
Look for the green verified badge. It means PluBuy checked the seller's ID, bank and address.
Keep payments on PluBuy
Pay on delivery or use Paystack/Flutterwave through checkout. Never send money to a personal account that was shared outside the platform.
Inspect before you accept
Check the item with the rider before paying cash. Report any mismatch immediately.
Report a problem
Use “Report listing” on any product, or message support with your order reference. Admins review fraud reports the same day and can suspend a seller.
