Buyers: name, phone number, delivery address and order history. Sellers: business details, identity document reference, bank payout details and listings.

To process orders, arrange delivery, verify sellers, prevent fraud, and provide support. Your phone number and address are shared with the seller and rider handling your order only.

Card and transfer payments are processed by Paystack or Flutterwave. PluBuy does not store full card details.

You can request a copy or deletion of your data by contacting support. Identity and transaction records may be retained where Nigerian law requires it.
