PluBuy connects independent sellers and service providers with buyers. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy, quality and legality of their listings.

Prices are shown in Nigerian naira and include the seller's price only. Delivery fees depend on the selected Maiduguri zone and are shown before you place an order.

Sellers must complete identity verification, keep stock accurate, confirm orders promptly, and honour agreed prices. PluBuy charges commission by category and may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

Orders can be cancelled before the seller begins preparing. Refunds for prepaid orders are processed to the original payment method after review.

Weapons, illegal drugs, counterfeit goods, and any item restricted by Nigerian law are not allowed.

PluBuy facilitates transactions and delivery coordination. Disputes are reviewed by our admin team, whose decision applies to the platform only and does not limit your legal rights.
